Yoga is artistic expression and opportunity to connect with self and infinite. This session combines Kundalini with intentional creativity. Historically, art allies with spirituality. Yoga shifts perspective, forging pathways to themes beyond daily realms. Art synthesizes this. In this session, we investigate this to work with what is revealed creatively.
