We live in a time where stress can become a chronic habit. Everything we do can be stress-full, even getting our yoga practice in.  Chronic Stress can build and take a toll on the body. According to the American Psychological Association,"chronic stress is linked to the six leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver and suicide."  In this session we will practice a Kriya (set of exercises for a particular outcome) and in this case to release stress, balance the chakras and nervous system. After the kriya you'll get a deep relaxation to the sound of the gong, which clears the subconscious. Lastly, the meditation will invoke the meditative state of Shuniya allowing you to move through your life with grace.
