A Certified Anusara yoga teacher, chiropractor and self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, Dixie was drawn to the systematic bio-mechanical principles of Anusara yoga and its life changing and heart opening effects which strike to the deeper intent of the practice. Her teaching style is a mix of light-hearted experimentation and knowledgeably guided challenge designed to coax students out of their comfort zone in order to open to life’s greatness.
